Freshwater Academy is a week-long camp that gives high school students the opportunity for hands-on experience and fieldwork in Northwestern Pennsylvania's waterways. Students spend their days studying biology and freshwater ecology at a level they can't achieve in the classroom. They will get wet, they will get dirty, and they will love it!

The Cool Reptile and Amphibians
Click here to view these pictures larger
We had fun look at reptiles and sankes. The picture has people holding a non venimous snake. It was very cool that the person came in and talk about reptiles and amphibans. She also brought them too. I found it interesting that amphibian are like the canaries in the cold mines. If something is bad it kills the amphibians first. I liked the snake the best its was really cool. You could feel their muscels move. It was prettey cool.
